1 Tablespoon citron juice
1 Teaspoon starch
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon Matcha powder
1. Peel the apple, cut it in little cubes. Put it with 3 Tablespoons of water, sugar and citron juice in a pot. Bring it to a boil for ca. 2min.
2. Combine the starch with 2 Tablespoons water, mix it with the apple and cook it again for approximately 1min.
3. Take the pot from the heat and let it cool down for awhile. Then add the Matcha powder. Done!
Enjoy it with cheese and fresh bread.
As a alternative you can mix it with tablespoon Dijon mustard.
